Networking and innovative technologies are key elements for development of small and medium enterprises in animal breeding and horticultural sector. Innovative approaches will increase the competitiveness of SMEs and promote and facilitate innovative entrepreneurship in responding to the need of certain support services to small and medium enterprises in animal breeding and horticultural sector.
Transnational network for SME support in the animal breeding and horticultural sector - AGRO-START, is the project that will be implemented in seven countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Slovenia, R. Macedonia, Albania) by 12 organizations.

The AGRO-START project aims increase the SMEs competitiveness and promote and facilitate and innovative entrepreneurship by giving answer to the need of a specific support Service for SMEs in the horticulture and animal breeding sector that adapts an integrated transnational approach. Our project is addressed to business support organisations and services that provide assistance to SMEs of the South East European economic area active in the horticulture and animal breeding sector and to SMEs from those two sectors.
